what do you guys think about HX rims on a EF?? whats a good tire size to run?? anyone have pics?

 

I had 185/60/14 on the front and 185/65/14 on the rear at that time

 

i think these rims are sick on a EF. I have a friend that im waiting for her to get new rims so i can take her HX's. get them but make sure u are getting what u paid for. research

 

Cheap, light and functional...and they look good!!!

They dont fit if you have teggy front brakes

tried to put them on at the track because they had slick's on them a friend was lending them to me, but they wouldent roll

 

i like those too. look very good.

wheel spacers or a dremel will fixor your fitment issues.

 

I think they look good. 185-60-14 would be the widest I'd go on HX's

the hx wheels look good on ef's and eg's i want 2 get some for my CRX

 

ehhh...imo...i dont like 14s....simply bc of the fat tires you have to stick on there....some ppl can pull it off...but the car has to be dumped....i dunnno...just my .02..........id rather go with 15s with 195/50/15

 

how good can a 14" rim handle? i live in the mountains and i have been lookin for rims.. but handling is my biggest concern.. ive looked at hte HX rims but im looking more at some 16" rims just for the smaller/wider profile tire for more grip

I think theylook pretty good. I'm trying to find a set for my hatch.

 

I picked up mine for 250 shipped with Yoko's. They look good, theyre very light, and cheap.

you can buy my konig heliums in bronze. hell i live in dublin as well.

 

are they the new Heliums?? Why are you selling.

 

dont want them any more. got race wheels and i really dont have any need for them any more.

Heres a pic of the pair i got i painted them at my work then got some tires and put them on my hatch by the way their is no motor in it in tthe one pic thats the reason its so high

 

I think they're sweet. If I lived in the states, I'd rock them for sure.

But instead I picked up a set of really-light 14" aftermarket rims. But HXs are the way to go, good for your gearing, and weight.
