d16 running rich
The first thing you can do is check the timing with a timing gun. My mechanic and I tried adjusting it by hand, it was DEFINITELY always off. After you time it, if it's still running REALLY rich, even with advancing/retarding the timing, there is a possibility that your timing belt might of skipped a tooth.
