does any one know which is better..? a str8 down pipe or a steel braided one ? whats the steel bradining for and is it any help to/for the turbo ?

i cant seem to get this to post on FI area... if some one has acess to it and would post it for me.. i would greatly appreciate it... thank you H-T.

 

you'll probably want a flex piping welded in somewhere along the line in ur downpipe, to keep from cracking the welds on the exhaust. the "steel braided one" is the flex pipe.

if u weld it on straight on w/o it, the something is guaranteed to crack because the exhaust system and the engine will move around when u drive and what not.

also.. do u know if it affects the power./ or sound .. loudness of the exhaust.. my system is quiet right now.. all you can hear is the turbo... its like i have a factory exhast.... greddy sp.
