TURBO steel braided 2.5- 3'' steel braided down pipe for turbo
does any one know which is better..? a str8 down pipe or a steel braided one ? whats the steel bradining for and is it any help to/for the turbo ?

You must be referring to the flex pipe, it looks like a steel braided line. Most likely you would see a downpipe with a flex pipe welded to it. It helps to reduce stress on the motor and turbo from daily driving.

no actually a flex pipe does nothing for performance, its basically what it sounds like, it flexs to absorb the vibration from daily driving. There would be no increase in sound with a flex pipe either, it would still as loud with or without one
