Fender Flares or Wide Body EG?

Fender Flares or Wide Body EG?
I have this problem with rust on BOTH sides of the rear quarter panels and dont wanna do all the lil to big work on it so imma just either fender flare or wide body my EG hatch, so which one should i do?

i'd do neither, and fix it. just check out some pics.
