Sway bar sizes?
OK, I know it's been talked about before, but I can't find the info I'm looking for. What I'm looking for are the sway bar sizes Front and rear, for the Integra LS/RS, GSR, ITR, DelSol(DOHC) and Civic SI? I have a '93 Civic CX HB and I'm going to put the Comptech rear Integra sway bar & lower tie bar combo, but what I'm trying to find out is, "What front sway bar should I use?" 24mm or 26mm? Any help will be appreciated. . . .
I THINK these are the sizes... some are correct, others I am not 100% sure...
LS/GS/RS
22mm front
13mm rear
Del Sol Si/Civic EX
22mm front
Del Sol VTEC
22mm front
14mm rear
GS-R
24mm front
14mm rear
ITR
24mm front
22mm rear
99+ Civic Si
26mm front
13mm rear
If I were you, I would go with either of these combos... I had both on my 93 DX hatch at one time or another and they both work well..
24mm front GS-R bar
19mm Eibach rear bar
22mm front LS bar
23mm rear JDM ITR bar
The 1st setup was nice for street. Second setup took a little getting used to. I ran this with 10psi+ in the rear tires. I controlled it well because I drove the car every day, but when my friend tried to go around a sweeper behind a shopping center at like 30mph in my car he did a 360 and then some. Thankfully, he stayed on path and my car was fine.
But if you want a nice setup that can be easily controlled by even a novice dirver, just do my 1st setup listed or just go with a front bar and no rear bar. On a little light *** car like a DX it doesnt take much..

do yourself a favor and keep your stock front bar. there is no need for a larger bar. you will just make you car push more. regarding the rear, get a 22/23 mm itr bar at the very least. personally i run the 26mm, but the itr bars are are very cost effective.
Well, I have a CX. They don't come with sway bars. Right now I have DelSol(DOHC) sway bars on right now. I don't know how big they are though. The front feels good, but the back feels like it's just there for the ride. It doesn't want to stay planted. I'm thinking of going w/ITR front sway bar and the comptech 22mm combo (LTB) for the rear.
