How often should you change spark plugs?
I was wondering how many miles should you change your spark plugs? I have a d16y7 with some bolt-ons and i know its been over 7000 miles since i replaced them.
Also...
Is it normal to have your shifter to vibrate a lot when you modify your motor with like headers, intake, exhaust, shifter bushings etc.
My car seems to have an irratic idel but every shop says its fine, what could cause this, what should i do to have a smoother idel?

Even if the FSM says to change it at 30 K, you should check the gap much more often than that. Every 1 or 2 oil changes check the gap. The correct gap is under your hood on a sticker. It may help it run smoother. Copper spark plugs give a better spark, but go out of spec sooner than platinum/iridium/super pimpy plugs.
if you drive your car hard...your plugs wont last 30k...change them depending on how hard your drive...im usually on the gas most the time so i try to change it every 5-6 oil changes...or about 15-20k.
