Default order of screws for oil pan

i believe my car is leaking oil from the oil plug. i am going to replace the gasket, plug, and washer. i heard that when putting the oil pan back on you have to put in the screws in a certain order, any clue what that order is and if there is a site that explains it step by step. i have a b16a and a 1990 civic ex if that matters at all.

Disclaimer: You should double-check these specs. with a Helms... (you should also get one)

I believe there is a specific order outlined in the service manual... If you are pressed for time and can't order one (http://www.helminc.com) try something like starting from the middle of the pan rail and work your way outward, alternating from front to back. Also those nuts/studs and bolts don't need that much torque, I forget but its only ~9-12ft/lbs. If you don't torque them evenly then you'll end up with a leak too.

This is an image from my 94 integra manual, but I figure its the same idea for the CRX (I couldnt find it in my CRX manual). Anyways, the numbers didnt come out in the scan, but its like putting lug nuts on. Tighten in two steps in a crisscross/star pattern.

You can buy it for the Del B16 motor, or for the 99-00 Si motor.
