CALIFORNIA PEOPLE! how do u legalize an engine swap ?
What's up?
Got a big question!...im leaning towards a swap for my 96 ek hatch!
How can u legalize a swap engine?
what should i do?
is it possblE? especially here in CALIFORNIA with too many freaking "LAWS"
Can u guys guide me to a COMPLETE SET-UP for my 96 EK hatch!
B20 block w/ B16 head? etc.etc.etc.....
Would appreciate the help!!!

You could legalize almost any swap but the one your doing (no joke im being dead serious)
You cant pass a B20 in a civic no matter what you do because its a SUV motor. Now if you do a ITR or a GSR swap or a B16 then thats another story and search for BAR theres a ton of stuff.
Also Search for Spade (thats a username) he helped damn near everyone here pass smog (his thread helped me out alot)

SO which of the B series engine is Dependale,Expandable,Less-expensive that i should put in my car?

you suck and sense you can't post any more use the search function there are many how to leglize jdm swaps, usdm swaps **** i even have a link to a ref station REVIEW in my sig. spend the next 20 hours searching and you will find tons of info
