Need torque specs for cam bolt and clutch bolts

Anyone know the torque specs for a d16z6 cam bolt and for the 12pt 10mm clutch bolts?

Camshaft bolt -- 27 ft lbs

Pressure plate bolts -- I believe 19 ft lbs
