replaced aem cai with 1 and just wanna get feedback about noise people get. lot quieter than aem which is excatly what i wanted. no vtec scream like aem which i expected.

just kinda sounds like vibratin noise, not sure how to describe. lower rumble then aem but somethin just aint right. all bolts are tight. what noise do other guys get with it ?

not that I would know...Ive never seen one in person...but did you use the rubber grommets to dampen it (like other intakes)?
Is it far enough away from the shock tower?

Is it a "its hitting something" vibration noise or something else?

 

its in an ek.

used all grommets etc, checked all over and doesnt seem to be hitting anything. im gonna take bumper of and go over everythin again.

 

does it make the sound all the time, or just at certain rpms (like low)

 

just around 2-5k rpm. maybe just how dam thing sounds. just wasnt what i expected. oh well, car feels better than when i had aem but do miss that vtec scream
