battery troubles/no start.. please help!!
i recently did a jdm h22a swap on my 92 accord.. the car runs great and stuff.. but even before i did the swap the battery would go dead... i just thougtht it was a shitty bat. but after i did the swap i put a new bat in ... it ran great for a while.. but then it started shitting out again.. the new bat now doesn't work... i shut off the car and its dead as hell... i thought it might be the ALT.. but the alt. is new with the jdm h22a so i figured that isnt' it. could a bad starter be the prob? like to much resistance or something? any advice is welcomed .... thanks in advace!!
Jump it. When it is running disconnect the battery. See if the car dies. If it's still running at idle blip the throttle a little to get the RPM's up some. If the car dies then it's the alternator. If it doesn't then it's a shitty battery or you have some sort of a short somewhere. Because the car should run with out the help of the battery. Oh yeah when doing this keep things like the radio, heat/AC or any other electrical items shut off.

There's no such thing as a new JDM H22A are motors coming from Japan are used. A starter start the car and has nothing to do with your battery running dead. Go through least expensive check list first.
1.) Check electrical connection that relate to battery stuff.
2.) Could an electrical device be turned on once you turn off your car for the night.
3.) Check the battery, is it old, new, can it hold a charge.
4.) Check the alternator.
