Default brakes

I just recently changed my back brakes cuz i heard the squeeling noise. When i changed them i heard like a rubbing noise(metal on metal) when i would drive, i took my back breaks off and put antisqueel on them and it still does it, any ideas?

im assuming you have disc brakes because you used anti-squeal. just a couple of questions, why did you just do the rear brakes only? the front is the first to run out on a car thats running normally. the front takes most of the responsibility for stopping power. you need to check and make sure nothing is rubbing. i need you to tell me how you changed them. did you lube the piece on the bracket? it needs to pivot and slide when the brakes are applied. does it make this rubbing noise when you hit the brakes? or at all times? you didnt give much information.

No i didn't lube a piece but obviously i need too?lol, and it makes this noise all the time the reason i changed the back brakes was cuz they were the ones makin the noise, if i would be driving (not putting the brake on it would still do it) so i would put on the ebrake just alittle tiny bit and the noise would stop so i changed the back

you have to grease that part.

you should do all the brakes. the front must be worse than the front. the front is really what takes the load.
