Woke up in a sweat last night in a hotel room after a pretty graphic and violent nightmare.

After visiting some old friends in a bad part of town, I come out to the R and catch a group of guys trying to steal my car - after a heated exchange i go to call 911 only to have one of them shoot me in the shoulder. I dropped the phone but managed to struggle to safety in a dark alley. The police finally show up after the 911 call was disconnected. I come out of my hiding place to alert to police to my location only to feel a sharp pain in the back of my head, like i was kicked real hard with a boot - which was weird I thought since I was standing up. I turn around to find one of the thiefs coming out of the shadows with aa gun and I realize I've been shot in the head. I fall to the ground and everythng goes a bit blurry. That is when my mind decided I had better wake up.

I'm still freaked out by this nightmare.

 

Been there a few times, sucks waking up with thoughts like those .

Wow, that was a vivid dream. I assume you've already checked on the R at home?

 

Damn that sucks man. Not just getting your car stolen, but gettind dubbed in the process, that sucks man. Try and put on some happier music or something before you go to sleep next time so that you can enjoy waking up.

J N who can look out his window and see his R from bed, and always falls asleep to Clair De Lune.

 

I wonder if that's how you die after being shot in the head....real slow and blurry...damn...

 

Wow..........thats a good job remembering your dream. I can only remember bits and pieces unless im making love to some hott chick .

 

I had a similiar dream coming out of the mall late at night walking to my car parked in the furthest spot away. There were 4 guys surrounding my car and had it jacked up and were half way taking the motor out and I always woke up before a confrontation occured. I am glad to not have those dreams anymore

 

haha, i have at least one "type R being stolen" dream every couple weeks. i've grown accustomed to it now...

 

wow, the only way to feel a pain in nightmare is to have damage done in real life.

So I think it was going to be alright when the cops showed up, but you probably accidently bumped your head to the wall or something and your mind decide to twist the end to getting shot in the head...

I only had one "Type-R Stolen" dream...guess what I did!! I remember I called the 911, made the procedure and went to the classified forum on nsxprime.com right afterwards...LOL!

I don't fear my ITR get stolen in real life, so I have no trauma from dreaming.

 

I've have plently of nitemares about my car being stolen.I guess your subconscience knows what scares you the most

 

chances of my R being stolem are pretty slim compared to you guys, but I still have nightmares fo it being stolen o wrecked

 

 

I just had a stolen ITR dream too. Thought i was crazy

 

I had a dream about my R last night. Scared to admit it but Opie and Rodney were both in the dream. Something about a trying to fit cabinets into the hatch, and I had a broken axle. Rodney fixed the axle and Opie smoked a cigarette and while putting a cabinet together lol

to dreams that make absolutely no sense

 

Seems like your mind thinks your relationship with Opie and Chris is hella tight.

ITR theft nightmares? Oh yeah there alot worse when you have had your baby stolen from you before, especially from the safety of your own home

When I finally put mine back together and started driving it again I could barely sleep, I'd either have nightmares and wake up to look out on the car to check on it or I'd just wake up at odd times and have this bad feeling it was gone. Sometimes I could only get back to sleep by sleeping on the couch with the window opened that was close to the car. It completely threw off my Sleep schedule and I'm still trying to get back on a normal schedule
Having a car to DD that I don't worry as much about like the Audi has helped.

Think there are enough of us ITR owners who have ITR Theft Night Terrors to start a support group jk

i dont own an ITR...and i can feel your pains

 

I had a dream this morning that my car was taken from the the back of the high school parking lot (which is strange because I been out of high school for 13yrs)
but later in the day a cop recovered the car at an Esso gas station aparently I was low on fuel so the thieves had to fill up and a cop happen to come by and thought it was suspicious. So I was able to get the car back with out any damage. I was thinking about what additional alarms/devices I could add so that it wouldn't happen again but then I heard the phone ring which stop that dream.

My dreams are weird, I have Type R nightmares every couple of months.

I think their is a line in the Leasing/financing contract that states I approve nightmares about this car, maybe..

All you have to do now is watch ****, lots of it. Lets see if you would dream of it tonight.
