if you are talking about the coolant lines that go to the heater core you can remove the lines and loop them back to the block.
you would need to remove the dash in order to take the heater core out.

Sounds like you are talking about the coolant lines that go to the evaporator. You can either leave them as is or remove the evaporator from the plastic housing that it is in. Otherwise there will be a gap between the blower motor housing and the heater core housing. Here's a good site on the details.

Well i was wrong i am taking out the heater cuz its summer and i do need it as of now and it needs to be replaced cuz it didnt work.
i messed it up pulling it out so i dont think it would be fixable.
what do yall suggest i do all thats is under there is the thing in the heater core that the coolent runs in
just take it all out and leave it that way?
or
buy a new heater and blower and put it in before it gets cold?

i would definatly replace the heater, as it gets really cold in winter sometimes, least round here.... unless your in florida or somthing then you might do wiht out it, but i woudnt' be caught without a heater
