I know this is a stupid quick question...I don't have a measuring tape but it seems like it would fit...

has anyone ever transported a hood in their hatchback? does it fit ok?

let me know asap because i'm leaving right from school to pick it up and don't have time to dick around.

 

If you put it in sideways, yes.

 

i fit an entire ef8 front end conversion into my 91 hatch.

 

DAYAM the entire conversion....i thought i was cool because i fit 2 integra seats into my crx to u buddy

A hood will fit. I had front and back gsr leather plus an R tranny and sleeved block in there. This was a crx though.

 

I've also transported a hood in the back of my hatch.. as long as you're gonna be putting it in sideways, you'll be fine.. I had no trouble at all..

 

I fit the whole interior of my 90 Si hatch into my civic wagon. all the way down to spare tire, dash, carpet, ect.

and place the hood like normal , i managed to fit mine just perfectly and worked fine thru a 2 hr drive

u have t oslide it sideways i beleive

 

Just open the hatch and put it in there.. Put the the front all the way down on the floor and it will fit fine, you just can't see out your back window.

 

Yes, it will fit fine. And you don't need to leave the hatch open.

 

hah, man I've had all sorts of parts in my hatch. Hoods, radiator supports, and just last weekend I fit a B18a and tranny in the back and hauled it from PA. back to R.I.

 

i fit a zc cf hood in my crx... anything is possibly with a honda
