Im not sure how to go about attaching this to my front bumper.. I can see that clips or nuts/bolts go on the middle part of the lip.. but on both ends of the inner side of the lip there are threads that looks like it needs to be screwed in to attach itself to the existing black bits on the bottom corner of the bumper. So do I have to drill holes to the existing black things?

yes, u need to drill holes for a nice, secure fit. If i remeber correctly, it should be two on both sides.
