Default Noise near the front suspension HELP!!!

For the last 2 weeks I've been hearing a clunkity-clunk coming from the front driver side suspension area.
I had lowered the car (Tein Flex ) about a month and a half ago.
It first started happening every know and then hear and there.
But now when ever I go over a bump it makes a clunk-clunk.

It ONLY happens whenever I go over a bump. Its not constant. If I am on a straight away and smooth pavement nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
All the ball joints appear to be a okay. Both outter tie rod ends have a little play in them but only 1 side is making the noise.

by the way its a 98 Civic EX coupe.

get the tie rods replaced, check the bushings. make sure the spring is seated properly on the perch. make sure the shock did not somehow blow.

If u bought an a camber kit make sure that the upper control arm isn't rubbing against the shock tower.

Make sure you check the bolts on the shock tower. They may have came loose. Also check and make sure the all the spring perches are tight (spring side and shock side).

I've never heard the term 'Spring Perches' before. Could someone enlighten me?

I have a camber kit but I haven't had akward tire wear on the front tires so I don't see any need in replacing that.

Bolts on the shock tower are fine.

I replaced my sway bar link with prothane kit. All rest of the bushings look okay but I will double check late today first I gotta go to bed its 430. my time.

thanks guys for helping. this is for you.

the perches are the two things that raise up and down and tighten together to hold the desired drop of your car.

Also, on the TEIN FLEX it holds the shell casing in it's desired height.

The pirches are fine they are real tight. I was looking around and son of a b*tch on the strut where you can adjust the dampening it appeared to be higher than the other one. I am not to sure what it would be called but it looked off. Right now I am taking the strut assembly out. Does anyone know if these can be rebuilt if that is the problem?
Thanks you guys.

Figured it out. I'm a F*cking idiot. okay well I took the coilover all apart and looked over everything and it all looked okay I just greased up where the pillow ball mount is put it back together and when I was adjusting the the coilovers.
I noticed that the nut on the top of the strut was also moving up!! So I loosen the coilover and tighten the nut then adjusted the coilover.
To my amazement...
THE CLUNK-CLUNK went away!!! Man that was so gay I can't believe I overlooked that. Nothing appeared to be damaged from it.

The tie rods got a little play so I'll be taking those out and replacing them within the next 3 weeks.

Thanks for everyones input.
