Default a good shop to have my pistons coated ?

I recently got some pistons and i want to make the most of them. I won't trust local shops, and i was looking for a shop that someone works with a lot.. back and forth, etc..

basically just want them coated.. anything else i can do to them.. make them stronger, less prone to detonation ?
