Default *** Setup Help ***

I own a 94 Civic hatchback and have been saving my money a good while towards a decent suspension setup aimed towards road racing / autoX. I've done some research and this is what i've decided on. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Besides all the miscellaneous struts bars, tie bars, etc. that dont do much, ive been looking at...

-Omni Power coilovers (race) 12kg front, 8kg rear i believe
-Suspension Technique anti sway bar kit (front and rear)
-Skunk2 front uppper control arm and Sprint rear camber kit
-Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex bushing kit

So what do you think? Go for it?

Ground Controls and Koni's are all you need. They grow with your needs.

I second the Koni/Ground Control parts. Also check out Progress group and OPM Autosport for sway bars, etc.

I third the Ground Control/Koni suggestion. As previously stated, check out Progress and OPM for barz and other cool parts.

Neuspeed/Konis
Ground Controls w/ whatever rate you want
21mm or 24mm front bar, or nothing, whatever suits your driving style
Comptech 22mm rear
Poly bushings

Will work great for learning how to drive your car for a few years, then when you outgrow it, send the Konis in for shortening/revalve, and get stiffer springs.

That's what I run and it's great.

Not sure why all the hype over this Omnipower stuff... the shocks that come in that "kit" aren't adjustable and IMO adjustable shocks are a great way of getting the car set-up.

What's your experience level?

In which class do you wish to compete?

Does the car also see street use? Daily use?
