Spark plug Gap size for turbo setup boosting 30lbs.
Hey guys, Im running an H22 Turbo gonna boost 30lbs. and i was wondering what would be the Gap size for for my NGK spark plugs.

I ran .05 on my 6.5 psi turbo setup, and even with the msd i was blowing out the spark. I went down to .025 and it ran like a champ.

not a 9. he may need an 8. i have h22 and zfr7f coppers worked great at 19#/450 whp

Ding ding ding. All motors respond differently, you'll figure out what size you need when you are on the dyno.

Exactly, what ignition are you running? In general at that boost level we're down to ~0.024" with B series motors.

Sal, I'm going to run the NGK #BKR7E .028-.030
When we tuned my car at Trackmasters, Bubba threw in some NGK's with a 9 heat range, but I think that was too cold for my application. Those are gapped at .030.

once u get it done i wanna see a link to that page that shows it.....must be sick...
i guess i smell some rich kid asking for a question he should be asking the person who is building his super motor........
