Default Do I have to re-tune before boosting again?

Sup all,

Long story, short, is I blew my usdm b18c1 bottom, picked up a jdm b16a(gen1) bottom end, slapped my b18c1 head on the b16a bottom end. I believe my compression will be about .4 higher with this setup, 10.4(no 100% percent sure), but my question is would it be safe to boost this setup without re-tuning or pulling more timing considering the higher compresion ratio. Original setup was dyno tuned using s200b boosting 8 pounds....any info would be appreciated.

would a dyno tune be required again or a little street tuning with minor adjustments be sufficient?
