Ok, i've almost had enough of this piece of ****. Its one of those small chinese pocket bikes..the junk ones. Lately its been bogging to hell and just dying. It does this every so often and its just pissing me off. I can run it on choke but if i turn the choke off it just bogs and dies. I've changed the plug and cleaned the air filter, also checked the fuel line. Any suggestions?..besides getting a blata, etc, or throwing it away.

thanks man! Thats a freakin awesome site. I'm guessing the carb has debris in it cause i never had a fuel filter. I just pulled the motor out tonight just to get the carb off. The bolts for the carbs are way too hard to reach with the motor in. ANyways, gonna get carb cleaner for it tomo and a fuel filter and see if that works.

did u fix it

 

took the motor out cleaned the carb....still the same thing. No idea, it just sits in my garage now.

 

clean the jet, dirt is probably lodged in it preventing suffeciant gas flow

 

i pretty much took apart the carb and cleaned the whole thing out. Where are the jets located, i have no experience with carbs.

 

it's the thing that looks like a needle. they have a really small hole in them and they can get clogged easily especially if you're runnig without a fuel filter. Try poking a needle or paperclip through it , maybe compressed air but be careful.Good luck

 

The sam ething happened to my Blata a week after I upgraded to mods. Turned out to be a shot piston. You might as wlee ang get a big piston kit from pocketbike.com located in the east coast.

 

well, i finally fixed the piece of ****. It turned out being the fuel petcock. I made a plate to cover it and put a gasket there. Removed the fuel shutoff completely. Works fine now.

 

if it doesnt work then bring it back to where u bought i from.
