I ran accross this "flexible exhaust" while looking at the mandrel bends on jcwhitney.

Wondering about your opinions, because I have only seen a few people using this. Its relatively cheap, about $78 for a 10' roll of 3"diameter. It is stainless steel, and supposedly doesn't rust or leak. Should I try it, or would this be doing it the half *** way?

stainless steel pipe is 8 dollars a foot for 3" sanitary pipe.

 

I'm going to use that in 1.5" for my wastegate dump. There are some people on here that have done so with good results.

 

What about using this just for the downpipe? and where can I get a foot of stainless for 8 dollars??

they sell 3" mandrel bends for 17 dollars, and straight pipe by the foot for 8 dollars

high quality ****...made for sanitary use, but all of the stuff I've bought has gone to exhausts.
