need some help with 94 ls integra
anybody help me out, here's what happened i was backing up and foot slipped off clutch and car died and would not start, has happened before but usually starts up five minutes later, i've tried cap, rotor, coil, module, spark plugs, checked timing belt, reset computer, called acura dealer talked to mechanic he said could be ignition switch, which i don't think thats it, car will turn over but won't start, also checked battery. any help would be greatly appreciated!
It's a long shot, but the engine would have shaken pretty good when you sidestepped the clutch. Maybe part of the wiring harness pulled loose? Couple plugs alongside the distributor? Along the back near the brake reservoir?
Check for spark then check for fuel.

i checked all connections on distributor and ecu, i'm not sure maybe something else in distributor other than coil and module? any suggestions of what else to check in distributor?
This happened to my eg hatch at the time I did own it. It can most probably be your main relay, it's some huge plug inside your fuse box below your steering wheel. Maybe this might help good luck with the pull. Oh yea, the main relay plug may cost you about 30-75 bucks pending on where you go. Hope this helps...

If the injectors are firing, that means the CYP & TDC sensors in the distributor are OK. So I guess that narrows it down to the ignitor, coil, cap & rotor. Including loose wires for those things.
