Major cooling problems!!!
Alright so I Finally have my engine in and together for the second time...First time leaned out really bad and destroyed a piston with only 2 miles on the motor.
Anyway, I started it up and it sounded great, oil pressure was fine palyed with the air fuel to let it idel at 14.7 then all of a sudden the radiator starts spitting coolent out (had the cap off to make sure there were no air pockets) so I put the cap on and its not building any pressure. The exhaust starts to fire out white smoke and you can smell the coolant burning.
Now I take it to the shop only 1 mile away from my house and it starts to heat up quickly....I get to the shop and there isbasically no coolant in the radiator. We then did a conpression test 230-230-230-230 I figured with it burning up that much coolant a conmpression test would deffinatly show a loss.
Itake the head off and the headgasket looks great I can't even see a hint of a place it could have leaked.
Any body have any ideas? Here is the setup...everything is brand new..
RS machine sleeved B18B, Local machine shoped cheked it out to make sure everythign was perfect
B16 head Full port and polish 5 angle valve job supertech vavle, springs, and retainers. Just had it done and it was plained to make sure it was straight......could he have damaged any of the water galleys?
new water pump, timing belt, oil pump
ARp head studs, main studs
JE pistons
Eagle rods 3/8 bolts
Cryotreated crank
lovefab custome manifold
GT37 turbo
Tial 40mm wastegate
Any help would be appreciated!

What headgasket were you using? I know that if your using a cometic high boost gasket it wont work in a sleeved block application. (At least that's what the sales rep from race engineering told me).
I was useing a stock 3 layer head gasket...and I really couldn't find any signs of it leaking. Also when I drained the oil it was perfect...no water in it at all.
This leads me to thinking maybe the head is cracked....anyone else?

I know it sounds mediocre, but how is the condition of your heater hoses [and other coolant hoses]? If it was your heater core, it would be obvious due to coolant showing up inside the passenger compartment...this isn't the case is it?
All of my hoses are brand new, and the car is completly stripped so I don't think the heater core would be the problem.
Another UPDATE...I just got back from having the head pressure tested and it was perfect. THe deck was a little uneven which I was a little upset aobut since i just had it decked...the took care of that now.
So is there any way my sleeves could be leaking water into the combustion chamber? LIke I said before there is no water in my oil.
thanks for the help guys...Im looking for any little thing right now cus im just lost.

Try a cylinder leak down test. If there is a leak then you should be able to pinpoint the badguy. Did you have the head checked for cracks? i know a guy that had got a rebuilt H22A1 head from Alabama cylinder head company and it leaked into the cylinders through the valves. Basically the head wasn't repaired properly and it had a crack in the intake runner before the valve.
