Me too. How sad is it that we have to worry about parking a damn honda at a mall, or movie theater, etc. ?

I dont understand the saturn thing either. Very weird.

I knew what I was getting into when I bought my R. But thats what insurance is for. Obviously you have to be aware of leaving it in one spot too long, but it comes witht the territory. Buy a saturn, get it stolen, and how much are you gonna get back? Maybe half the price you paid for it. If my R got stolen right now, Id get back 20K for it, and its been totalled TWICE already. We pay retarded amounts for insurance, but we get a lot more back if anything should happen. Just take some precautions, and live your life.

Although I really don't like the fact that I worry about my car every time that I park it in some public place, I really don't want that to deter me from driving it in general. I try and stay away from places that really worry me, but that doesn't keep me away from the shopping mall or anything like that.

the saturns are stolen for a couple different reasons.. my sisters was stolen and a buddy of mine who is a cop explained why..

1) they can also be parted out to have their used parts resold through recyclers..

2) (this is the more common reason) they are VERY VERY easy to steal.. so they are stolen to use in a crime or just as a way for a criminal to get across town quickly. They are often wrecked, destroyed, or just ditched before the owner even realizes it has been stolen..

but yeah, it's sad to see how many hondas are on that list..
