Default help on mpfi conversion..........

i just converted my 1990 lx civic to mpfi. found a 92 civic in the junk yard and bought all the stuff. i wired in the ecu, put the manifold and dist in, wired the injectors and resistor in. the car has strong spark, timing, and good fuel delivery. the car wont fire up! i ran a code scan on the car. it flashes a code 1 ande 41. (both 02 sensers) i did not get the 4 wire o2 off of the 92 civic, i still have the single wire o2 on the car. would that cause the car not to crank? please forgive me if this is a really stupid question.....i am brand new to the honda scene.
thanks in advance for any help

Use the o2 sensor for the ecu. If you changed out your ecu you will have to change out you o2 sensor 92=obd1 & 90 =obd0 did you do the obd conversion? because you cant use a obd1 ecu with a obd0 distributor & injectors they all have to be the same year or same obd. (inj, dist, o2,and ecu)

Hmm... check your spark plug wiring and timing belt timing?

Make sure all your grounds are in place.
