My first experience autocrossing
My setup:
JDM ITR Wheels w/ 205/45/16 Kumho Ecsta 712's (w-rated), 40psi front, 45psi rear
JDM Rear Sway
AEM CAI/ DC Sports JDM Header/Carsound High-flow cat/DC Sports exhaust
I have to say this car is incredibly well composed car. This is coming from my previously lowered (H&R/Tokico/Sus. Techniques) Integra LS. There is just no comparison. All in all, I was not able to really get it silly. It handled well. I got a 60.05 compared to a bunch of vettes running 58's... and some with slicks running 55-56's... There was a 2.5 RS there that was just kicking my ***, running 56's. What are the best tips some of your regulars can give me?

Play around with tire pressures. Try running 35 psi in the rear and 40 psi front. Sometimes lower pressures give better rotation. This has been debating numerous times, but i think the answer is that there is an optimal tire pressure. Anything higher or lower will give some sort of rotation. (speaking for rear tires only on a FWD car.)
The only other tip is allow a pro to drive your car with you in it. You will learn alot from watching, hearing, feeling what they do. Your car can brake harder than you think.
Finally, do as many events as possible. Seat time is the best thing to do.

Times depend on the course. Some days you could run faster than the vettes others you may be slower, depends on the course layout. A stock RS 2.5 turbo or WRX is the in the same class as a stock R or GSR (Gstock) and a good match too. The 16" wheels will kick you out of Gstock though, so your not in Kanasas anymore.
Glad you had fun!

where there any cons with your previous suspension set-up (H&R/Tokico)?
i know that the LS suspension can't compare with the R's, but i'm looking into lowing my car with a similar set-up and want as much info as possible.
thanx.

p.s. good times considering vette's were pulling 58's!

I know of a few modified GSR's in my region that perform equally (or better) to ITR's because of excellent suspension set-ups. Lowering is important, but not as important as matching shock valving to spring rates. Whatever you do, make sure that the shocks and springs are a mated pair; that they act together and not against each other. I have seem many a lowered car bouncing down the road.
