I have a 93 LS with 185,000 miles. IS it worth the build up or should i just save up for a swap?

 

depends on what you want to build..... there is no yes or no answer to your question. Building up that motor may be more or less expensive than a swap (since it depends on what mods you do, and which swap you're comparing it to), and in the same way.... there is no yes/no answer to which motor will have more power or be more suited to what YOU want.

 

well im really considering LS/vtec if i keep the motor. But then down the road i might want to turbo it.

 

keep the ls block, built it up... cuz with that kinda mileage, your due for an overhaul anyways.. then slap the turbo on...

always remember, lower compression equals good for turbo
