B18B OBD1?

B18B OBD1?
ive been looking for a b18 to put in my car and the b18a has less hp and torque than a b18b but the b18a is OBD1 and the B18B is OBD 2. Then i found this site: http://www.totaljdm.com/index....s.htm
And they say that the B18B G1 is OBD 1. All my friends say there wrong and its not, does anyone in here no if it is? Thanks alot
