ok guys, I really tried searching very hard, I could not find a deffinite answer, I see great times times, great numbers but nothing specific for my application, so im begging the honda turbo gurus to just answer my question, I am new, I have been researching, i have the rest, just need these few questions answered this is my current setup

I have a 92 integra hatch

I have a JG pro series head (race p+p)
jg 301 cams
dual valve springs, tit. retainers
nitraited valves
skunk2 intake mani.
holley throttle body
block is stock with a block guard
pistons are JDM b16a pistons stock rods


OK, I want 350 HP daily, what turbo would be best for my application, how much boost could this motor handle without needing resleeving, can my pistions stay or should I get low comp ones? and should I go turbo cams or keep the jg 301's
