Default looking for a good/reputable shop to install CRX 12 pc. body kit in MA, CT, or RI

My friend just bought the Ground Designs 2000 12 pc. body kit for his 1991 CRX Si. The kit covers almost all of the car, including the front and rear bumpers, front fenders, rear fenders, spoiler, hood, side skirts and door panels (all fiberglass). Anyway, he is looking for a good and reputable shop that has a lot of experience w/ installing body kits in Connecticut, but will drive to Rhode Island or Massachusetts if need be. Any suggestions?
Thanks

He paid $1400 shipped (gotta love ebay). Local shops charge about $2000-$2250 for the kit. It is nice, because all that's left of the stock body is the roof and area around the windshield. He is hoping the install will be less than $1k, plus I have a friend who will do a good job painting it. The kit is in good condition, except for a few minor surface cracks from shipping, but probably a lot that goes into the prep/fitment and final install. He wants to paint Subaru blue I think, I think a darker blue would look a lil better.
