I dont think so i Know my 91 Civic si Ecu the chips dont unplug they need to be desoidered

Yes and no. PG7 doesn't have an external EPROM, you have to yank the 40 pin main processor and replace it with an Amtel knockoff and run a special codebase that is compatible with the Amtel MCU. This has been the per project of Blundar on pgmfi.org

Hmm, sounds complicated. The "chipper" said he wasn't positive if he could do it, and this makes me think he cant. If not, its the hack and BTM route for me. Any other suggestions?

try going to the bone yard and getting a ecu from there, chip it. Then you have no down time.

just get an obd ecu that can be chipped, and do it. i got a chipped obd ecu for an 88 crx si.
