thinking about painting my car 00 Si blue

im not selling it anymore.
do you think i should paint the handles and moldings?
i wonder how the plastic bumpers would turn out painted.
whats the name of the new pearl Si blue? i want it because i can get it cheap and not have to paint under the hood or door jamb because it wont clash with the baby blue.
its vivid blue pearl off the new EP, the pic above is Electron Blue Pearl off the EM
i would just paint the car and leave the moldings, handles etc plastic
not really sure how i feel bout the color on an EF would need to see it photoshopped

hey, i painted my 90 crx that color.
2000 civic si metallic electron blue
it looks rediculous. i painted everything, mirrors and moldings. I left no black on the car, although i think that would have worked well too.
ill post a pic tomorrow when its light out, it almost looks purple in the twilight/early morning, and its changes shade very slightly based on the angle its at, but i love the color.

no. i wanted to get that blue so it couldnt clash with the color under the hood or in the door jambs. this one is my beater that i picked up for $700.

Go just back with the factory color. People are loving the metallic flakes in the paint. I get complimented on it so much. Of course yours is a little lighter ('89) mines is a 91.

I might paint the handles and mirrors, but it just doesn't look right with the black moldings/lower panels painted.

I once had a dream of a little baby Blue Hatchback Turned to Electron Blue Pearl. I got as far and the door jams and Engine Compartment , then I had to Part the car out and sell the rolling Chassis for less than the primer and paint costed me. But Soon I will make a comback with the Joint Venture REX.
