Default Help on installing a new fuel filter

Hi everyone, I need help on replacing a new fuel filter for a 93 integra ls? I try removing the two nuts, but I can't seem to get the one inside out. Do I need a special tool or something to remove it. thanks for the help.

Undo the clamp on the body of the fuel filter, twist and turn the filter until inside bold is out near the front so you can access the bold with ease. You don't need any special tools for this operation cause I have done it lots of times with standard tools.
