Fuel filter help!

Fuel filter help!
trying to change my fuel filter. on the bottom of the filter there is a nut for the hard line. is it reverse thread or regular? i'm going counter clockwise and that thing wont budge. please help

its just really tight since its a flare fitting.
I would suggest using a flare wrench and then instead of pushing on it with all your might you shock it with a hammer or your hand.
It helps to keep the fuel filter bolted down so it doesn't move when you smack the wrench.

for future search references... make sure you screw the hard line in first before you mount the new fuel filter. i mounted it and then had to take it off because the hard line was a little too long to stick under the mounted filter.
