Default DOHC ZC head on D15B2 block

I was told the water passages wouldn't line up between the head and the block, is this true? If so, what could one do to have them line up?

Also would this be a worthwhile mod or should I just go with the entire DOHC ZC engine?

Passages are quite similar, it's the damn headbolts that don't match up. Hey, maybe you can fudge it and just use a couple of the headbolts?

But not using all the headbolts will screw up something...am I correct?? Like compression or something?
