Any advice would be greatly appreciated. There is only a few post's with finished product but with limited how to instruction , i assume im just going to sand the rusty surface(spotty rust) and paint 3 or 4 coats of the best black spray paint i can find untill i can afford the 17' replacments.

one word for you SEARCH

 

seems stupid to me to paint steelies an ugly black, they look way better in silver. Itd be easier to just buy black steelies. just get some OE honda hubcaps

around here they are about 80 bucks a pop at the dealer

 

mine are stock BLACK under hubs, so the paint is just a touch up are most steelies grey?

 

i already have black wheels(factory) so im only considering repainting the surface

 

scrape off

 

i considered scraping/sanding them to silver does this finish look decent?

 

silver will look a shitload better than black.

 

just polish your steelies
