Rear Disc EX
I just swaped my 97 civic ex to rear disc but the e-brake cables dont work, so i thought about trying the ones off the car that i took the rear disc off and still no go. I took the rear disc off a 94 del sol, so i am out of option and no part store around here has NO CLUE WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING. So if anyone has any ideas i could use the help!!!!!!!!!!

I'd go with these because they were made for the exact dimension of your car. These are what I use on my EX with rear disks.

Yes, use these. I did my conversion from a del sol and the e brake cables were too short. That is because del sols have their own layout. The hang from right under the chassis suspended by the bracket, were as the civics and integras brackets are secured inside the car. You can just swap the cables out.

I did rear disc out of a 92-95 Civic HB Si onto my 94 Civic EX 2dr, and the ebrake also hardly works. The cable is secured tho under the car. Is that my problem also? Need to use 94-01 Integra cable or 95 Civic EX cable?

I don't know if you'll be able to use 92-95 Si ebrake cables though? HTH.
