Default what do i hook this plug to? (pic inside)

i was cleaning up the wiring on my crx dx with an si swap into it. and i came across this plug with just a loose wire coming out of it. i was wondering if anyone could tell me what i hook it to.

also the guy i bought the car from had the fan plugged into a bunch of wires that ran loose into the passenger compartment like he was going to run it to a manual switch. i was wondering what i hook that up to also. thanks for ne help guys.

agreed on o2 sensor.

as for the fan. i have a obd1 ls block. with the d16a6 block. theres thermosensor on the block. for the obd1 ls block, there is no thermosensor, its located on the radiator. so what you can do. is wire tap the thermosensor wires or just connect them, but if u do that, ur radiator fan runs constantly, i didnt want to burn out my fan so fast, so i wired a switch to it. hope that helps..
