the hose going from the valve cover to the intake, i didn't want to go to Lowes and pick up some cheap stuff.. i didn't know if i needed a specific hose. thanxx

 

Home Depot. Or if you have a Mr. Hose, they have it (but i think Mr. Hose is only in the LA area).

 

well i was afraid of getting a hose that would melt. is that a steel wire mesh? any alternative title i should look for?

 

just get hose mang, wont melt.

Dude a hose like that wont melt, there made for construction. They wont melt or pop holes to easily and they dont get tangled. We have some on the job site because my boss is a heavy smoker and he burnt holes through normal compressor hoses so he picked up a hose like that and hasnt burned a hole in it yet.

 

I'm using some cheapy hose I had cut at autozone or something (similar to coolant hose) and it's been fine for over a year.

 

ACE hardware, picked up some last night...uhhh 1.09 a foot.
Or Home Depot but they have kinda big hoses, like for bongs.

u can get those from a bike pump... or home depot

 

homedepot has them for like 4-5 bucks for acouple feet

 

dont even add a hose mu .02

 

The stuff you buy at home depot and lowes is kinda of weak, it may collapse on you. You should be fine as long as you dont use it for anything else (i.e. Vacuum line).
