I forget exactly how my mounted up because I have all my interior stripped except the speaker trays, but the SI should have holes for the trays anyways. If you have full interior you will probably want to remove that tray thing that covers the storage area behind the seats. There are three bolts holding my trays in, one small, medium, and long screws. If the auction does not come with these, sorry I can't help with lengths, there are bolt holes in the metal work under the interior panels that you screw those screws into.

They mount up in the general area under where the rear belts are attached to the frame, also right under the rear flip windows. The trays will curve slightly, 2 bolts on the side of the frame and one bolt on the back frame.

You know where the rear seat belts go into the rear quarter panel right beside the back of the seat? You see those little rounded off square trays on either side of the car which also holds the cargo cover up? Well those two little trays is where the speaker brackets screw into them. Cut out the trays, etc.

I don't know if I can help, but I bought some speaker brackets and I don't need them anymore cause my speakers came with cut-outs so my speakers fit. I would part with them for like $10.

Man, has anyone gotten the speaker grille covers to work with aftermarket speakers? I haven't put new speakers back there yet, just riding around with empty holes back there, but I'd like to keep the grilles if possible, might polish them up.
