I have a 96 JDM ITR and currently have the OE header on it with a Fujitsubo LegalisR and OE JDM cat, and the car is lowered on spoon coilovers. I can get a good deal on a used Mugen 4-1 header but was worried about ground clearance. I had a DC JDM 4-1 on my last teg which was also lowered a similar amount and that thing hit on every thing. Do mugen 4-1 headers hang as low as the DC or would i better going for a 4-2-1 (i also have first option on a 5Zigen 4-2-1 header) If i were to go for the 5zigen header would i see much gains considering the OE header already has a 2.5" collector and is 4-2-1 also or would i be better going for a 4-1 and raise the car if its going to hang a little low????
The difference between the DC 4-1 and the mugen 4-1 is smal if you are looking at the ground clearance. It's probably between the DC 4-1 and OEM JDM 4-1.
Your JDM 4-2-1 header is already quite good because it has big primaries and a 2.5 inch collector. I would keep it. Or go for the TODA 4-2-1.

Thats what i was thinking....i'd love to just try the 4-2-1 on the dyno before opting to buy it as i honestly cant see any significant gains over the OE header...i may just save some more and get a mugen intake instead...may be more beneficial in the long run!
