Default My car wont roll, please help!!

Ok I have all integra(DA) rear suspension on my 88 hatch. I have not had any problems with it at all until today for some reason my car wont roll forward or backward. its almost like my rear wheels are stuck, but heres the kicker. when i jack the rear end up the wheels spin just fine.

Im not sure what is going on. I have not change anything and just the other day it rolled just fine. Any help is appreciated

TIA

Even if your reaer wheels were stuck I would hope that your fronts would have enough power to drag the rear along or atleast light up the front tires. your problem might not be in the rear

i guess i should have clarified, the car is not running im trying to push the car around. im in the process of wiring mpfi and the shift linkage is not hooked up so i doubt its in gear, and even if it was, i had this problem before i put the axles in so im pretty sure its a problem with the rear wheels

nah I bet you popped it into gear while taking the linkage off. Push the clutch in and push the car while its still pushed in.

i agree. if the car wont move but the back tires spin freely when you jack it up then the problem is oviously in the front. if the front tires spin freely then it will move around. there is no way if the frnot and back tires spin freely when you jack the car up that the car would not move. unless a control arm fell off but the the tire would be hanging there. all the best nick.

you can easily put the car in gear while removing the shift linkage... try putting pressing the clutch and see if will move like he said... unless your tranny has siezed
