Headstuds?
I have a B20VTEC and right now I'm running ARP headstuds .No matter what my headgasket keeps leaking. I talked to a friend of mine who used to race in Puerto Rico and now lives here and is ASE master certified. He told me when he raced he always used the stock OEM bolts because the ARP's never can get an TOTALLY accurate reading since it's nut and stud style. He said he had the same problem on his Toyota and when he switched back to bolts it went away. Should I try this? I'm up for anything now, this will be the 3rd headgasket and I've put them on the correct way each time. I used the right torquing sequence and torqued them in 3 stages 22-44-65. Tonight at the track I only hit a 15.8 and I ran a 14.9 on the stock nonVTEC B20B. I pulled the plugs and they where burning antifreeze. The head isn't warped at all and the block is only off .002 and the service limit isn't until .004. What to do now?
You were supposed to have plugged one of the oil passages in the head before you put that VTEC head on. Did you do that? Maybe it's leaking from there... you might wanna check into that!

I'm using GSR headstuds. I straigtedged the head before I installed it and it was perfectly straight, not even .001 off. Yes I did plug the oil passage, 1/8NPT with thread sealer...
