thats why you should try to always go to the same gas station, so you can always pin point where it was from.

It's probably not just Shell. I recently had my sensor replaced under warranty and I only use Esso or Sunoco.

Newer Civic owners wouldn't need bad gas to make our gauges messed up because they're very inaccurate in the first place.
