chipped p28 vs stock pr3?

I have a jdm b16a sirII in my 95 civic ex. I am using a chipped p28. I was wondering what the difference is between using a chipped p28 and a stock pr3? Is there a difference?

not realy any hp difference the the chiped ecu can also make you loose power if not tune right
