Buying a 92-95 civic...

I'm looking at buying a 92-95 civic hatch, preferably VEi or ESi due to insurance in England

i was just wondering what to look for when buying one? I would definately rather get the vtec if i can find one

Any help would be appreciated...

dont know if there is a rust issue over there, but if there is, make sure to get one with no rust and lower miles
