Stock LX running rich, please help!?
Recently I changed my oxygen sensor, and a couple months later i got another check engine light, so i looked at my codes. I got a Fuel injector error code, but no real problems. I ordered some used injectors, but while they were in transit my car started running very crappily and not idling. I installed the new injectors, which resolved the code, but not the no idle. Smoke plumes out of my exhaust and it used to be fine everywhere but idle, so i assume the engine is runnning so rich it floods the engine. I replaced the spark plugs, wires, and cap and rotor. Not much better at all. Then i thought mabe it is a vacum leak so i sprayed all lines with carb cleaner and no response anywhere. Took to a friend and he said he heard a hissing, and i replied it had done that the entire time i have ownedit, (6 months) and when i turn it off it does it a lot. So we figure the only place that holds that much vacum is the booster. I order a used booster, and realize it is a bitch to get in so i simply plug in the vacum lines, mostly to tel if is good, and no leaks, but still won't idle.
So all in all, no mods, no error codes and it won't idle. This is a d15b2, with dpfi and a manual trannny, I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
Tyler
